Colin JamesGRISTPeacefully in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on the 13th July, aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Sylvia, much loved father to Debra, Richard, David, Gillian and father-in-law to John, Lesley, Sheila. Granda to 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren who were all very special to him. He will never be forgotten. Colin spent most of his working life at Newcastle Chronicle and Journal as Press Room Manager. Service to take place at Saltwell Crematorium on Wednesday 31st July at 11.15am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu for the Daft As A Brush Cancer Patient Care may be made as you leave the service.
